Contact and appointment forms may collect a name, phone, email, vehicle details and a message. Authorised staff manage vehicle records and reports. The person sharing a report link is responsible for providing it to the customer. Internal notes and customer contact information are not shown on the public report page.
Browser storage/session cookies support theme and session preferences. Maps and videos may load third-party services. Demo forms do not save submissions.
